- Do not use the App while driving.
- Only operate the App in accordance with product instructions.
- Ensure proper installation of Altricity hardware. Misuse or improper
installation may result in injury or vehicle damage.
4. Connectivity and Availability
Certain functions rely on Bluetooth and/or cellular connectivity. Service availability may be impacted by external conditions, and we make no guarantees of uptime or uninterrupted service.
5. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App or Services at our discretion, without notice, for violation of these Terms or for any operational or legal reason.

All intellectual property related to the App and Services is owned by Altricity or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works of the App or Services.
